We only request the permissions required to deliver the feature you are using. Data is processed for the specific purposes below and is never sold to third parties for marketing.
What we access
- Email — read, draft and send messages when you ask the assistant to (Gmail / Outlook).
- Calendar — read events and create new ones you explicitly request.
- Files — list, open and search Drive files that you choose to attach or reference.
- Workspace tools — read pages or channels from Notion, Slack, HubSpot that you authorize.
- Account basics — your email address and profile info to identify your AI Agent account.
How we use it
- To generate responses, summaries and drafts you request inside the app.
- To keep your sessions, connectors and preferences working across devices.
- To send security, product and support notifications related to your account.
- To diagnose issues, prevent abuse, and improve reliability of the Service.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
